Q. How Do I Know What Size To Order?
A. When buying open-toe high heel shoes, we
recommend that you buy the same size that you normally
wear in a flat
shoe. However, when buying closed-toe high heels,
it would be better to order a pair 1/2 size larger
than your normal
flat
shoe
size. All shoes available on this site are whole
sizes only; therefore, please order the next largest
size if you normally
wear a half size. (i.e. Size 6½ = Size 7). We
have based these tips on industry standards, but they
should only be used as a guideline for purchasing the
correct size. Buyers should be somewhat familiar with
their
particular shoe size, and we will not be held responsible
if you purchase the incorrect size.
Q. Is Your Inventory Well-Stocked?
A. YES. Our inventory of goods is one of the best in
the industry. For the most part, you can expect at
least 90% of the styles listed on sole2heel.com to
be in stock.
However, all of our listed items are subject
to availability, and because our online inventory is
not real-time, there may
at times be items listed which are not currently in
stock.
Q. What If I Want To Cancel My Order?
A. We regret to inform you that due to our commitment
to process orders quickly, you may not cancel once
the checkout process has been completed. In explanation,
once your order is processed, we immediately notify
our warehouse to pick and pack
the order
for
shipment. We
apologize for
any
inconvenience
that this may cause you.
Q. Is There A Catalog Available?
A. As of the present, we do not have an online catalog
available in "PDF" format.
Q. How Can I Tell The Difference Between Patent,
PU, Stretch and Leather Material?
A. One can distinguish Patent (Pat) by its
shiny, almost mirror-like appearance. PU, short for
polyurethane,
is an artificial semi-shiny
to non-shiny material designed to look like
leather. Stretch, which can be either patent or PU,
is a thin and somewhat elastic material that allows
it to fit
snugly yet comfortably to the
contours of
the feet or legs. Leather has a distinguishable texture
pattern and is usually supple and
comfortable. It is also the
highest quality material used in shoemaking.
Q. What Is The Conversion Between Men and
Women Shoe Sizes?
A. We all know that different brands and styles fit
differently, but the general rule would be a two-size
increase.

Q. How
Do I Replace The Battery In a Light-Up Shoe?
A. First, peel the silver sock lining material upwards
where the ball of the foot touches. Next, carefully
remove the
lighting
mechanism and replace the old battery with the new
one. Place the mechanism back, and, using an electric
hair dryer, blow hot air
at the back of the sock lining material for a few
seconds where the glue was. Firmly press
the sock lining materal back. Done!

Q.Do you accept debit card?
A. No. We do not accept debit card.
Q.What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
PayPal for all orders. For orders to be shipped within
the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii, we also accept
Cashier's Checks and Money Orders denominated in US dollars
and drawn on a US bank.
Q. Is My Payment and Credit Card Information Secure?
A. The Order Form pages for sole2heel.com are served
through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL v2/v3
encryption.
Credit Card information is encrypted when a shopper enters
the credit card number in the web browser and when it
is sent to the server.

Shipping
SHIPPING TURN-AROUND TIME
We usually ship your order within 3 business days.
For UPS Ground shipments:
- Orders placed before 11 a.m. PST ? ship on third business day or earlier
- Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST ? ship on fourth business day or earlier
For UPS Air shipments:
- Order placed before 11:30 a.m. PST ? ship on the same day
- Order placed after 11:30 a.m. PST ? ship next day or earlier
Q.Do you delivery to P.O. Box?
A. We do not make deliveries to P.O. Boxes, in compliance with the policies UPS, our standard shipping carrier. If needed to ship to P.O Box, add an extra $14.99 per order.
Q. How Will My Merchandise Be Shipped? How Much is Shipping?
A. All products are shipped USPS or UPS ground in plain
brown packaging unless other arrangements have been made.
Most items ship within 3 business days. Please contact
us if you need any product in less than 8 days or have
any special requests. We offer three other express shipping
options: 3-day, 2-day and Next Day Air. We will accommodate
rush orders on a first-come/first-served basis when possible.
The flat shipping rate has been increased from $9.99 to $11.99 as of Sunday, May 4, 2008. We
ground ship your entire order for a flat shipping fee
of $11.99 to the continental 48 states except Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Marianas, Guam, American
Samoa and Virgin Islands. All air shipment rates are
based on UPS shipping chart.
Canadian Orders ship through USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL for $24.99 for the first pair, and plus $9.99 for each additional pair. All taxes and duty fees are paid for by the buyer. Please make sure to choose "Canada USPS Airmail Parcel Post " method while you check out from our shopping card system. WE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 6 BUSINESS DAYS for Cancada customer. Sole2heel.com does not include the charges in your order, nor do we pay any of the Canadian taxes or fees that may be charged upon delivery.
Q. When Will My Merchandise Be Shipped?
A. In stock 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select
orders usually ship within 1 business day. In stock
Ground items usually ship within 3 business days. We
pride ourselves on having one of the best inventory
of goods in the industry. Generally, you can expect
over 90% of the styles/sizes listed on sole2heel.com
are in stock. Canadian Orders ship within 6 days.
Q. How Much is Shipping Insurance?
A. All shipments are Insured For FREE.
Q. Do You Ship Outside The United States?
A. Yes, we also ship to Canada.
Q. How Do I Track My Shipment?
A. We will email you a UPS or USPS tracking
number when your merchandise ships.
Q. How Much is Shipping fees for handbag(s)?
A. If you purchase 1 or two handbags at a time shipping rate will
be
$7.50. If you purchase more than two handbags at a time shipping rate will be
$11.99. All
handbags are shipped USPS or UPS ground in plain brown packaging unless other
arrangements have been made.
Q.Do you delivery to APO/FPO addresses?
A. Yes. Orders placed through sole2heel.com can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Postal regulations regarding size, weight and other restrictions may prevent us from shipping certain items to these types of addresses. Additional restrictions may exist for shipping to APO and FPO addresses. Please contact your local post office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country where the APO/FPO address is located. The shipping fees for APO/FPO is US$14.99.
No order tracking is available for APO/FPO and our standard estimated shipping times do not apply. Packages shipped to APO/FPO addresses are initially shipped to the appropriate U.S. military mail hub. From there, the military delivers the packages, which typically takes 10-21 days. Delivery may take longer than 21 days depending on military mail handling procedures. Circuit City is not responsible for any packages after they are delivered to the U.S. military mail hub.
Q.Do you delivery to U.S. Territories?
A. Yes. As stated above, Sole2Heel.com can ship most items to U.S. Territories and Protectorates, which includes American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.
No order tracking is available for U.S. Territories and Protectorates and our standard estimated shipping times do not apply. The shipping fees for is U.S. Territories and Protectorates US$18.99.

Returns and Exchanges
Q. What is Your
Return Policy?
A. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless
the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error
on the part of us or one of our suppliers. Items returned
MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging.
Damaged packaging (original manufactures box) will result
in a $5.00 box fee. We will NOT accept returns of items
with obvious signs of use. You must notify us by e-mail
within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to
make a return. Failure to notify us within a 7 day period
will result in refusal of your return. *We will not refund
the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is
due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part
of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in
used condition, you will be responsible for the cost
to have them shipped back to you. Returns will not be
accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Returns sent back without a RMA will be returned at your
expense. Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA
# which must be written on the outside of the package
you send to us. Once you receive this number, you have
seven days to return the item/s to us. Any packages received
without the appropriate RMA # written on the outside,
or received after 7 days, will be returned to sender.
No returns will be accepted on clearance merchandise.
It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery
back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that
we do not receive or arrive damaged, due to shipping.
Allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed. All authorized
returns that meet above terms will result in a refund
to the credit card used for the original purchase, or
store credit.
Refused Shipments - All refused shipments will result
in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred.
NEW POLICY
Returns for store credit must meet the above terms.
15% restocking fee will be waived on returns made for
store
credit. Excessive returns for store credit, as determined
by sole2heel.com, will be assessed with a 15% restocking
fee.
**Be sure to include in writing with your authorized
return how you would like your refund (credit card or
store credit). All returns made without details on how
you would like refund, will result in store credit.
Q. How Do I Make An Exchange?
A. We do not "technically" make exchanges.
If you would like to make an exchange, please follow
above return procedures, and you will be issued store
credit, which you may use to purchase any items of
your choice.
